1. Snagging Survey Pack
There is a single non-refundable fee of £50 payable in advance for the Snagging Survey Pack.
Once the fee is received we will forward the Snagging Survey Pack via email, consisting of:-
A) Snagging Survey Guidance Notes in pdf format
B) Snagging Report Template in MS Excel format
C) 4nr Technical Guidance Notes in pdf format
D) HUG Checklist for Houses or Flats in pdf format
2. Client Report Review
For an additional non-refundable fee of £50 payable in advance, we can review your Snagging Report prior to you sending it to your Housebuilder to provide further information or advice on possible improvements or additional points to include.
How to Proceed
For a Snagging Survey Pack
- Contact us via our form, phone or email for information
- If you wish to proceed, upon receipt of the fee, we will send you the Snagging Survey Pack described above
- You can contact us to discuss any queries you may have
- You produce your own Snagging Report and send it to your Housebuilder or Housing Association, or book a Client Survey Review to review this with us before sending
- You arrange a date with them to put right the defects
For a Client Survey Review
- Once you have produced your own Snagging Report and you want further advice before sending to your Housebuilder or Housing Association, you can send it to us for review and advice on possible improvements and additional points to include
- You can contact us to discuss any further queries you might have
- You complete your Snagging Report and send it to your Housebuilder or Housing Association
- You arrange a date with them to put right the defects
